People were nice. My biggest issues were they told me my trade had way too high miles and only gave $5,200, when trade value was 6,500-8000. Car is pristine and had just been serviced by a Subaru Shop which confirmed no issues. They said they would have to let it go for auction price, I found it on their Web site a week later for $12,000The CARFAX report confirmed they did nothing further for work to my trade. That's a potential $6,800 profit. Issue two, be careful as NH doesn't require inspection anymore, they are very lax on what they do before they sell the used vehicles. The car I bought had tires with 3/32 treads and a poorly done front break Job. Mostly Just typical dealership behavior.
