Great service from Chellin, also from the manager. Got a great deal; did not have to spend more than 30 minutes at the dealer after test drive. Also got help on grounding and dropping off my old 2023 Atlas Cross Sport lease. Happy with my new one

I made an appointment to have my scheduled maintenance done and to replace my overhead light after it fell off. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and wasn’t in a rush to pick it up, but I did expect to have it back before they closed at 6 PM. They arranged an Uber for me to get home, so I took a nap while waiting. Later, I received a notification about additional work that needed to be done. I approved only the overhead light repair because that was the main issue I needed fixed. After that, I tried calling multiple times to get an update on my car and to better understand the recommended services, but no one answered for four hours straight. At that point, my car was already finished, and I was just waiting for someone to contact me so I could arrange a ride back to pick it up. I eventually had to call the sales department just to get someone from service on the phone. When I finally picked up my car, my keys had been left inside the vehicle, the paperwork was incomplete, there was no service sticker showing when my next maintenance was due, and the paperwork was missing details about the condition of my car. The customer service was extremely frustrating. Even if they were busy, someone could have at least called me back or given me an estimated wait time instead of leaving me without any communication for hours. On top of that, they recommended a transmission service for reaching 100k miles, even though I already had that service done at 80k. It would have been helpful if someone had asked when it was last completed before recommending it again in the inspection video. I normally do not write reviews, but this experience really upset me. Based on my experience, I would recommend going to another shop for vehicle service.

I had a great experience with Nucar Volkswagen of Norwood! I worked with James Christoforo who was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, nice, transparent and helped me find the perfect car for me. James and his whole staff made the buying process extremely easy, got me the exact deal I was looking for and I drove off with my brand new Volkswagen Tiguan the next day. I would highly recommend Nucar Volkswagen of Norwood for anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle and I couldn't say enough good things about my experience

Nucar Volkswagen of Norwood was selling a used car i was interested in for good price. I drove 1hr & thirty minutes each way from Connecticut to test drive and inspect car was told it had a full inspection done on it. After my second trip to dealership to finalize purchase and schedule exchange of my trade in i made appointment to my local car brand dealership for a vehicle inspection which cost me $400. I was informed of recommendation that should be addressed on car had a rear tail light that needed to be replaced driver side upper & lower control arms needed attention along with rear brakes pads and disc which had grooves and signs of wear. Also both rear tires measured below manufacturers acceptance. Sent report to Nucar Volkswagen Sales manger Steve Robertson salesman and service manager thru email & text and call. Was told to bring car back 1hr 30min to dealer and given a loaner after 4hrs. Hanging around in dealership on my day off. Week later was told car was ready new rear light said they couldn't find problem with control arms and that brakes and that tires are good. Purchased extended warranty on car just incase of future issues. I was very unsatisfied with Nucar Volkswagen treatment after sale of car feel like I was told lies gave me alot of run around bad communication between staff. Much better treatment from my local dealer.

Excellent experience here - unlike what I had at another dealership (Mirak Automotive ). Nucar accommodated every request I had and truly earned my trust and business. They didn't make any trip I made to them feel wasted or pointless, nor did they ever make me feel like I had to buy today for a good deal/price, etc. I visited multiple dealers and took many test drives, but I came back here because the overall experience just can't be beat. Also want to give a major shout out and strong recommendation for Matt Deleo, who was the epitome of courtesy, respect and being a relatable and good guy overall. He is someone who understands his client's wants and needs, never being pushy and willing to work with you every step of the way. If you want to work with someone who will do whatever he can to make you happy and get you the car you want, he's your guy. I also liked that he kept his word when he said something, and never overpromised or had a bad “surprise!” (extra fee, charge, service, etc.). He also helped post sale with a few things, which goes to show just how much he truly cares and values your satisfaction beyond the point of sale. The purchasing/financing process was also seamless, so major props to Jay for handling that and getting me an amazing rate!! Also liked that they take EV rebates at point of sale, which makes the process a lot more seamless as well. I love my id.4 and am very happy to have bought this car, from this location, from these people. I can't say enough good things about them, but it's amazing when you can buy a car, feel good about the process, and every time you drive it, you don't have any skepticism, concern, or worry.
