# Summary The dealership receives praise for affordable pricing, patient customer service during vehicle walkthroughs, and efficient trade-in processes that allow customers to drive home the same day. However, one customer reported receiving a vehicle with undisclosed major mechanical issues including transmission problems and severe oil leaks, allegedly with reset diagnostic codes that allowed it to pass smog inspection despite being unsafe for road use.
our experience with them during the car feature walkthrough was actually FUN, they showed us how to pair phones and use the backup camera. They made it simple and didnt rush us even when we asked the same thing twice. LOVE IT service and VERY HAPPY we chose this place.
We kinda needed to trade in our old sedan fast bcz it kept breaking down and these people handled it GREAT JOB. The value was fair, paperwork was QUICK, and we drove home HAPPY with a newer ride the same day.
I bought a car from this dealer about 3 weeks ago. He said the only thing wrong with it was that it had a small oil leak and that the repair was only going to cost me a few hundred dollars because he already had the part. He gave me the part and said I would just need to have somebody install it. So I knew I was going to have to put a little bit of money into the car and I was okay with that thinking that it was just a minor fix and that's all that was wrong with it. There were no check engine lights on at the time of the test drive and it appeared to drive good. He provided me with a passed smog so I trusted there were no emissions problems or anything wrong with the transmission or engine, since this is a Nevada dealer and not just a private seller. The car drove fine for a few days and then sure enough the check engine light came on and since then it's given me nothing but problems. Oil leaks from the car very fast, within days. It's barely running. It will reverse no problem, but when I put it in drive I have to rev the engine for a few minutes before it will actually take off. Legally, this car should not even be on the road. It should have never been sold to me. I took it to a shop to assess the oil leak, thinking that's all that was wrong with it and they told me it's actually a massive oil leak which will be thousands of dollars in repairs. The check engine light turned up 3 P codes and 5 E codes.... The powertrain system and the anti-lock brake system. They said there's no way that this car would have passed smog 3 weeks ago. They said the dealer must have reset the codes and somehow got it to pass smog and sold me a faulty car knowing it needed several major repairs and wouldn't pass smog otherwise. The mechanic at the shop was very upfront and honest with me and said this car probably won't even run for another couple months, let alone another year. This is every car buyers worst nightmare. I'm just a woman that's trying to get to and from work and I have a child that I have to get to and from school and I really just needed an affordable and reliable car.
I couldn't believe my luck finding this dealership! The prices here are insanely affordable. Got myself a fantastic car for such a steal. My wallet is happy, and I'm cruising in style. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a great car without breaking the bank.
Gave us a great car.
