Picked up my new truck last night! I want to thank Arthur for finding me exactly what I wanted! I never felt one bit pressured into buying anything he found the truck that was going to fit what I wanted had it ready for me last night. I’ve never been treated so well at a dealership before usually it’s hurry find something that you’ll settle for and that it but Arthur worked very hard to find what I wanted! And I appreciate that so much! I we will be back for another when the time comes.

I purchased a 2023 Ram ProMaster from Nyle Maxwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT in Killeen, TX on December 23, 2025, and had the vehicle delivered to my residence rather than picking it up in person. At no point did I physically inspect or approve the vehicle prior to delivery. During transport, the delivery drivers had to stop at a gas station to tape down exterior panels that were flapping while driving on the highway, which should have been an immediate red flag regarding the vehicle’s condition. Initially, I believed the issues were minor. However, after owning the vehicle for several months and taking a closer look, it has become clear that the vehicle has undergone a full repaint, and the quality of that repaint is substandard. The vehicle shows: - Paint runs - Peeling and flaking - Inconsistent finish across multiple panels - Trim and panel issues These are not minor cosmetic concerns, they indicate significant undisclosed prior work, which directly impacts the vehicle’s value. This condition was not disclosed at the time of sale, and had it been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. Despite bringing these concerns forward, the dealership has not made a meaningful effort to resolve the issue. I am currently seeking full compensation to correct this situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership to conduct a thorough in-person inspection, verify the condition independently, and not rely solely on representations made prior to delivery. I am sharing this to help others avoid going through a similar experience.

My experience was excellent. I am a remote buyer and found a great used truck on their website. When I inquired about the vehicle’s availability, I was greeted quickly and then handed off to a friendly helpful salesman. Once I verified the vehicle condition, price negotiation was easy and fair.
