Nyle Maxwell Express Service

There is no part of the ‘express service’ that is actually close to express. Be careful about having your Dodge serviced at Maxwell. Today on a random Tuesday afternoon was over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation … $200+ ….wow!

A big thank you to the entire staff at Nyle Maxwell for helping me get my son his truck. They went over and beyond to help me thru the entire process. My son is stationed in North Carolina and they were able to send his paperwork straight to him. Thank you to Ms. Noemi for all your attention and care you gave to me. My son loves his truck and I’m a happy mom.

August 2023: The service department rep was very nice in greeting me for my vehicle service. I had to get my yearly oil change and vehicle inspection. The place is a bit hidden for Fiat owners to find if they have never been here. There is no Fiat Service signage from the frontage road. Ever since the new Fiat car showroom was moved and replaced by a used car dealership the service department has declined in nature. There is only coffee and water provided and no more Fiat branded merchandise, but there are vending machines outside with a wide choice of selections where even has RC cola. Service was done in a reasonable amount of time however I did have an issue when I arrived home, but after I called they sent a technician to my home the next morning to resolve it. Luckily I have a habit in opening the hood to make sure all looks good and make sure the oil cap is tightened, but perhaps next time do it there. Besides that I do enjoy the benefit of getting my vehicle back after an hour or a bit more depending on how bust they are versus other places where you may have to leave it overnight. My service representative was honest in making sure you only need the work performed in making sure your vehicle continues to run properly, so will return next year.

I went to their place to buy another work truck. I met with Josh and it was a super easy transaction. Did a test drive everything checked out. They worked with me on the price and I was out the door start to finish in less than 2 hours with a new truck. Easy place to buy a vehicle from and Josh was a great salesperson.

I took my little sister to Nyle Maxwell Fiat to check out potential for a first car. Her dream has always been a Fiat 500. Arriving we did not get hassled while in the lot having a browse on our own (this was nice). Once going inside we were properly greeted and helped. Jose H. helped us locate a used Fiat 500 that had exceptionally low miles, impeccable history, and a good price to start. We took the car for a test drive and were pleased with what it offered. My sister was sold already of course. We then talked some preliminary numbers. This was a no pressure situation and was very welcomed. Jose got us numbers within 5 minutes and it helped set the sight that it could work for my sister's situation. We left to discuss as a family and again, no pressure, no gimmicks, just a friendly goodbye and a card to call with updates. We discussed as a family and a week later decided to go and try to seal the deal. Again working with Jose, he gave us another test drive and we got serious on numbers. Here's where Nyle Maxwell shined. My sister has a tight budget and wants to be cautious not stretching herself thin. We proposed a number that would be comfortable for her. Jose took this number with our pledge that if he got it we would sign for the car. Well, he got it. Happy days. He even offered myself a test drive in a used vehicle I'm interested while the numbers were sorted. This kept the family calm and gave me some future incentives. After which we did the contracts with Steve C. who made the experience calm and inviting which is odd for a dealer. He also took time out of his schedule not only to stay late but also to help my sister with great advice for her loan. Bottom line, Nyle Maxwell granted my little sister her freedom, a great vehicle, great customer service, worked into the night to accommodate her financial situation, and ultimately got her her dream car at a price she could afford. This is truly ABOVE the call of general service and I applaud it. So much so that my next vehicle purchase will hands down be done at Nyle Maxwell Fiat. Period.
