I originally came to the dealership planning to purchase a Taos, but thanks to Wilson Xiang’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience, I chose the Tiguan instead — and I haven’t regretted it for a single moment. His guidance, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help me make the right decision made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. The level of service from both Wilson and Amanda was top-tier from start to finish. They created a welcoming, professional environment and made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Fantastic service, fantastic team, and only positive emotions from this experience. I highly recommend them 100%.

My partner and I just bought a used Taos through these guys and all I have to say is wow. It was my first time buying a vehicle through a dealership and I’m not gonna lie, initially I was incredibly stressed out by the thought of buying a newer vehicle. The people helping us made the process incredibly easy and non-stressful! Justin in sales is amazing at his job, couldn’t be more helpful and not pushy in the slightest. He knew budget was our main factor and did everything he could to get us a good price. Suha in finance is incredible. She went way above and beyond to get us the best deal, all while making the process smooth and seamless. Seriously give these people a raise, if the customer service wasn’t as good as it is I wouldn’t be driving a VW today. Also thank you for the cake.

I just purchased a cargo box and cross Bars with the help of Bryce and Kevin. Bryce was quick to reply to my email, provided competitive pricing, and my items were ordered and arrived very quickly. A huge thanks to Kevin for installing them. He went out of his way taking the time to show me, step by step, how to install them while he put them on my vehicle. Thanks guys!

I’ve always had great costumer service here. This is why I went back time after time. Today was disappointing to say the least. When I expressed my concerns about the windshield washer light coming up on my dash when it is in fact full. They said it has something to do with the fluid and that it’s normal?! It’s a 2024 Tiguan. This should not be happening and it was dismissed and shrugged off. I also got the car detailed and it was not to the standard I’ve come to expect. In the future I will take my business elsewhere.

We've been a Volkswagen family for years. When we had our first Volkswagen, we were with a different garage and quickly switched over to this location for all our vehicle maintenance needs. Heather in service is our go-to and is on top of everything, including helping us out with unique challenges. She is the best! We're going to keep coming back and are already planning for our next Volkswagen.
