Very knowledgeable and helpful service department. Kurt helped me schedule and fix several recalls on a used ram 1500 I recently purchased. Also answered several questions I had. I appreciate their service and their work. Definitely recommend going to see them if you need your Dodge worked on.

One star review, however my one star review keeps getting flagged and removed. Ordered a new gladiator diesel from here. After the Jeep was train shipped to Kent Washington, things were delayed due to priority. I was told that all ordered sales were top priority. However, this turned out to not be true as two other shipments of lot inventory made it by truck from Kent to here before my Jeep did. Next issue, delay after arrival, bogus claims. Jeep battery had to be charged for 24 hours prior to pickup. (Why is a brand new battery having to be charged?- also call any other Jeep dealer, this isn’t standard practice.) During the “detail” phase before pickup, the hood was scratched and a candy wrapper shoved in the vent. Sweet thanks for the “detail”. Next, trying to get a feel for how service and warranty claims would go if I lifted the jeep- general consensus is that the service manager definitely works for Jeep and is not going to do you any favors if anything on your Jeep goes wrong.

The larger mechanical door fell on me as I was doing routine close up. Complete collapse. I was stuck and pinned down by the door. The glass had sprayed within approximate 20 ft. Had glass in my eye, shoulder, lungs, genital region, and legs. Blast of glass shards. Still picking out glass from my face.

I live on Whidbey and would not think of going anywhere else for my vehicle or service needs. I recently purchased a used RAM 1500 and could not be happier with the entire process. My Sales Rep was Kevin, and I am very happy doing business with this dealer! I drove my car 700 miles to trade in, and they provided excellent service. I confirmed the deal with their truck and my car, sight unseen. Kevin contacted me every step of the way, listed issues that the picture may have not captured, test drive impression, enlarged photos, and was very honest to work with. Once I got to the dealer I inspected everything top to bottom and asked them to top off my coolant and power steering fluid. The attention to detail by the service team led to them tracking down the correct fluids to top off with, not just whatever they had on hand. They sent their tech to Napa to pick up the proper fluids immediately. Great experience!
