My wife and I were looking for a used suv and went to Oakville Autos. Sam was our salesman. We told him what we were looking for and our budget. He found us a 2012 Lexus rx 350 with low kilometres. This vehicle was perfect for us and the price included certification. He made sure the brakes were replaced front and rear. Our experience was very positive and we have already recommended a friend to check out their inventory. Sam did an excellent job finding us the best vehicle at a great price.

Honest staff, they don’t rush you or bother you when you’re looking at the car. Also after refusing the extended warranty they offered me I got a check engine light after 2 days of driving the car but they fixed the problem without giving me any issues.

We purchased a car with them. On the way home from picking it up the engine blew. We contacted them, and within an hour they offered us a full refund including tow fee, fuel, and the scan fee at the garage it was towed to, or they would put an engine in it. We chose the refund. Within a half an hour the money was back in our account. Although this was a freak situation, the way they delt with it was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you to Sam and the owner for being so great to deal with.
