The dealership receives mixed reviews, with some customers praising helpful individual staff members and smooth purchase experiences, while others report significant issues with service follow-up, unfulfilled promises regarding vehicle preparation, and inconsistent customer service. Common complaints include delayed parts ordering, incomplete service work, and management being dismissive of customer concerns, whereas positive experiences highlight knowledgeable staff and efficient transactions.
We had a great experience with Arthur the sales manager. We purchased a used car but when we went to pick it up, there were few issues with it. Arthur was able to solve them for us and even provided us with a loaner till he had everything sorted out. We definitely recommend him.
Been to this dealership two times; both times were disappointing and totally waste of time. The first time was last year. My car showed warning light. They diagnosed the car and helped me order couple parts but one of them never came. I followed up at least three times on the missing part within 4 months but they’ve never been able to give me a date. I ended up went to another car shop to get the parts ordered and arrived within one week. The second time I went there for a recall service this week. After they completed the recall service on my engine, the vehicle was leaking oil all over my newly installed interlock driveway. I had to bring my car in again to get it fixed. I asked them if they can send someone to clean up the engine oil on my driveway and they refused. Poor customer service! Now we have to spend a few hours to clean our driveway this weekend. I’ll never buy another Infinite again.
My experience with Oakville Infiniti has been absolutely unacceptable. I purchased a used vehicle based on clear and repeated promises made at the time of sale: proper scratch correction, paint chip touch-ups using paint pen or whatever the best method available, buffing, and a full interior detail. None of this was done properly. I went back to the dealership multiple times. After pointing out the poor interior condition, I was specifically told by management to bring the car back for a full interior detail again. I did exactly that. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, nothing was done except basic mat cleaning. The rest of the interior was untouched — the car still had visible hair and salt on the pedals, clearly proving no proper detailing was done. The exterior issues were handled just as poorly: Scratches that were promised to be corrected were never properly touched up Paint chips were ignored, despite earlier assurances they would be addressed using paint pen or the best available method Later, management completely changed their story, saying paint chips couldn’t be fixed because it would require a paint job — directly contradicting what was promised before the sale The most frustrating part of this experience was dealing with management, specifically Ryan and Daniel. Both were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they: Claimed they had done what was promised (which is simply not true) Brushed off clear deficiencies Told me I was “nit-picking” and that my standards were “higher than what Infiniti does for used cars” This is unacceptable. Expecting a dealership to honor its promises and deliver a genuinely clean vehicle is not nit-picking — it’s basic customer service. This dealership will say whatever is needed to close the sale, then avoid accountability once the paperwork is signed. There is no integrity, no ownership, and no respect for customers. I strongly caution anyone considering Oakville Infiniti: don’t assume written promises will be honored either. Once they have your money, they clearly do not care and will find excuses to avoid delivering what was agreed. I would never return and do not recommend Oakville Infiniti to anyone.
We recently picked up a vehicle from Oakville Infiniti and the entire process was seamless. The staff were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Ryan, Peter and Kayleigh - thank you.
I have dealt with Infinity in the past and now my lease is up. I live in St.Catharines and drove to Oakville since no one would return my calls. Tried to use the online AI help and it said someone would contact and no one did. Back in the day and again now their customer service is poor.
