Oakwood Nissan

Brought my 2026 Rogue Platinum home on May 22. So far , so good. Mohaimen, my salesperson, was a delight to work with. Easy to communicate with, and answered all our questions. He was not pushy. If he was I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle. I wish him best in his chosen profession. Orlando, my financial officer, was also easy to deal with. Explained all the options which we appreciated. Orlando, hope you catch a couple of fish! My husband and I had a great experience at Oakwood. I give it full stars.

I had the best experience dealing with Devan and Kaid! They were both very personable, very informative, and very willing to work out a deal with me! I never felt like I was being talked into making a quick decision! I felt as though my concerns were heard and that the team at Oakwood was there to help find the right fit for me! They went above and beyond! I will 1000% be going back to deal at Oakwood again! It’s hard to find such great customer service these days, but Oakwood was amazing!

Very pleasant experience. Aspan Garg was top notch helpful, relaxed, no pressure. Helped me with a minor issue a couple days after purchase. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The new (used) Murano is excellent.

great experience with my first new vehicle purchase with Eugene Cyril in Sales, and Orlando Viloria in finances. Orlando stayed late to help me get things finalized. salesman Eugene wasn't pushy at all, very knowledgeable on the Nissan kicks play that we purchased.

Was on the phone with Enzo, he helped me diagnose the problem in my car, was extremely helpful with helping me pick the parts, and was even spot on with the issue. He pointed out that I needed a new idler pulley, and even got the exact pulley right when he diagnosed the problem. Enzo provided exceptional service and went above and beyond. Thanks Enzo! :D
