What impressed me most was that they actually remembered to call me back when the part arrived, something many places forget to do! You don’t have to wait weeks to get your vehicle in the service department and I trust the technicians on my Super Duty. Savannah has been my service writer and done a magnificent job each time.

I understand the dealership has to make money. But when a serious buyer is sitting infront of you on a truck that's been on the lot for a little bit and you offer $250 off. That's an insult. Also if you wanna get the smallest thing fixed on youre truck make sure you have time to drop it off 6 times before they even order the part for it.
