I had a wonderful experience buying my first car at Hyundai O’brien. Shawn was an incredible salesperson; friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. Tyler was a huge help to me over the phone during the financing process, and Kevin “Gator” was an absolute joy to work with. He was informative and extremely kind. Even Kim, the receptionist made me feel welcomed and I felt less like a customer and more like a friend. In fact that’s kind of the whole vibe I felt: less like a customer and more like a friend. Overall, my experience at Hyundai O’brien was phenomenal. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Overall fantastic experience at O'Brien. Juan Cervantes is a true professional in his craft. He was attentive, polite, and personable throughout the entire process. He did everything right to get us over the finish line without being pushy, even came in on his day off to keep us moving forward. Complete night and day experience compared to the indifference we were met with at the other dealership we were considering. They go beyond the deal and focus on the budget people need to keep within. NEVER will they pressure you or do the car salesman tactics the worlds come to indemnify. Before coming to O’Brein I was about to give up on getting a new car, but Dan turned things around. He was incredibly prompt and took actual time to answer my questions and showed me around everything in the car. He understood my family suffered major hail damage and I needed a vehicle to get to work in my range. Kevin, aka “Gator” is the best F&I Manager I’ve ever worked with. An absolute asset to the O’Brein team. I’ll be recommending all friends, family, and colleagues to see both of these guys when needing to upgrade their vehicles. James Rule is the best salesperson I've ever had to deal with. I'm 64 yrs old and bought my share of cars. The salespersons were very pushy. The first time i came in to Mitsubishi I had James Rule. He was an outstanding person/salesman. I've bought 3 cars from him and he was never pushy with me. I won't ever go to any other dealership. We had an amazing experience at this Hyundai dealership from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted within seconds and immediately felt welcomed—the whole place just has a really great vibe. Even the soda machine setup was impressive, which sounds small but honestly added to the overall experience. Our salesman, Juan, was fantastic. He was clearly very busy and juggling multiple customers at once, but you would never have known it—he handled everything smoothly and professionally without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. Nothing felt awkward or pressured, which made the entire process so much easier. When it came time to finalize everything, Kevin (“Gator”) was just as great. He made the paperwork process simple and straightforward, and we felt comfortable the entire time. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. The team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
