O'Brien Mitsubishi of Normal

I contacted O'brien Mitsubishi hoping to trade my truck that needed a starter and wasn't running. Its hard with my work schedule to find time to not only search for a vehicle, but spend the time to test drive and do the paperwork. I was contacted by James Rule about starting the process. Not only was James quick to respond to my questions, but he was incredibly helpful with my particular situation. While corresponding from work, James found a car, worked out the finer details and worked with my schedule to get me in to test drive. In all the times in my life buying a car, not once have I loved the first suggestion a salesman has given me. However, James picked a winner without having even met me in person to gauge my likes and dislikes. James was able to secure a way to get my truck so I didn't have to deal with a tow company. Then he had my other car washed while I was filling out paperwork which took another thing off my plate. James along with the other staff made the whole process quick, easy and enjoyable. The courtesy and professionalism of each member of the staff that I dealt with was a welcomed relief from the past experiences I've had. I was a customer for a day that has now become a customer for life.
