As someone that has never bought a brand new car or bought a car from a dealership, I want to say this was way easier then I ever thought it would have been. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and right away we were greeted by Tony. Tony helped to show us the car we were interested in while being very informative about all the different features that the car had. He never pressured us, made false promises, or tried to use any sneaky salesman techniques that you hear horror stories about. Altogether, I would highly recommend going to Tony for any of your needs when it comes to Nissan!!

Had a great experience working with Chase in upgrading my older Sentra to a newer one. He made getting into it incredibly smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. No pressure tactics, just great service from him and the other staff. Highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy/upgrade to a new car.

I drove 5 1/2 hours from Ohio to purchase from Obrien's. My Murano had been total when I hit a deer and the car off my dreams was gone. Chase, Sean and Brian made things super easy for me. We did a lot of prep work over the phone. It rained the entire drive up and the entire drive home except for an hour around the dealership. It was like they were in a protective bubble. Anyhow I was around 30 minutes away from the dealership and left Chase a voicemail to please have the techs set the tires for fuel efficiency and handling in this horrible rain for my drive home. I pulled in and Chase met me right as I got out of my car. He pointed the car out and there she was!! I was so excited!!! When you are short it's hard to find an suv that's easy to get into to and that the headrest doesn't push your head into your chest. Anyhow she was all shined up and ready to go. We went inside and I got a snack and some water. Brian helped get the financing finished that Sean started. I had to drop my rental off so Chase led me over to the rental agency with the new Murano so I could leave straight from there once they were done. Chase went above and beyond and made this entire experience enjoyable. Except for the rain part. Lol. I have to say this was one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. I only wish that I lived closer, I would definitely be servicing my car there. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. And to the tech who prepped the Murano, thank you so much!! I'm certain he put a coat of rain ex on the windshield. It was very helpful on the drive back to Ohio. Thanks to Chase and the entire O'brien Nissan team.
