Great, dynamic team – you immediately feel like part of the family! I received excellent service; everything went smoothly as planned, and they take care of everything to make it as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to the team for my next purchase. However, don't expect any major bargaining; the price quoted is pretty much the final price.
Never, ever will I go back to that car dealership. When a sale starts with a lie, it's not a good sign (an employee lied, telling me he was getting rid of the remote starter buttons. He even threw the button aside like it was trash. I pointed out that the button was damaged). The manager is aggressive, arrogant, and has zero sense of negotiation or diplomacy. I strongly advise against going to this dealership. Don't go there. Ugh!
Very disappointed with the experience. They completely ignored our needs. They showed me vehicles I wasn't interested in and only showed me vehicles from HIS dealership. I repeatedly asked the salesperson about vehicles from other websites, but he had no interest whatsoever... only his own website. The salesperson gave me a second appointment to show me a dirty vehicle with several damages, and at a completely unreasonable price, bordering on robbery.
