I'm happy with their service department. I've received good service over the years and this most recent visit was no exception. They correctly diagnosed the problem, completed the repair in short order and at a very reasonable price.

While vacationing in the UP, I brought my 2024 Ram 1500 in for an oil change. Upon returning to Ohio, I noticed oil on my garage floor. I contacted my local Dodge dealership and they found that my oil filter was improperly installed and leaking oil. My local dealership corrected the issue and topped off my oil at no charge.

I hit a deer while on vacation in the u.p. I limped my van to the dealership and they exceeded my expectations. They were even nice enough to drive me to the airport rental car facility. They dealt with the insurance on supplementing and supporting damages. I was kept in the loop and they put my car back together faster than expected. Very happy!
