I just purchased a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback, and my salesman named Hayden did an outstanding job! The process was super easy, and I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours. The finance dept was easy to deal with, and Ja'Miah Burnett, who helped me, explained everything in detail and helped me choose the best package deal. I am thoroughly pleased, and will be using Bob Moore VW for my auto needs in the future. I would give 6 stars, but 5 is the highest it goes! A job well done, and I am ecstatic about my new car!

Trent was great to deal with. We found they had one of the best deals on the exact Taos my daughter wanted. And he offered to swap the wheels for free to the black premium ones my daughter really wanted. The best part is that their advertised price was already discounted $3000 even though it had just arrived on the lot, and there were NO add ons to their posted price. Whereas another dealer tried to hit me with $3000 for paint protection and window tint after we had made a deal which wasn’t even as good as the deal at OKC. Finally, they delivered the car 2.5 hours for free to us the same day! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

i had a very pleasant experience with buying a car from OKC Volkswagen. this was the first dealership where i felt respected, which is very important to me as a woman + first time buyer. i managed to get a great deal on this 2025 VW Jetta SE.

Michael and Greg were absolutely amazing to deal with. I bought a vehicle sight unseen and put a lot of faith in both of them and was not disappointed. They even delivered the vehicle to me in Tulsa over two hours away. They both deserve a raise for being so accommodating and forthcoming, even Colby in finance was incredibly helpful, thank you so much you guys ❤️

Happy with my purchase and the overall buying process. However, during delivery, I found out that the car came with only one key instead of two. I also noticed that the roof bar rubber inserts were left in the trunk and were not pre-fitted to the roof bars. Because the rubber inserts were not installed, the roof bars were creating a hollow wind noise while driving, which made the ride uncomfortable with the noise. That said, Michael and Alex were very helpful throughout the purchase process, and I appreciate their support and professionalism.
