I recently purchased a new Chevy Trax. I will be honest I went to 2 other dealers . I couldn't get anyone to help me. This was not the case here. Fred was amazing. I recently dealt with Wally on an EV purchase for a 2027 Chevy Bolt. To be clear I’m not a big fan of salesmen, but Wally for the 3rd time I’ve dealt with him has delivered exceptional customer service. Wally is personal and is always looking to connect with his customers to make sure they feel like they are being taken care of. The day that I went to pick up my Bolt there was a technical error with the system. Wally made sure that everything was in perfect working order before releasing the vehicle to me. Then on top of that, part of the package was missing an adapter that Wally went out of pocket for to make sure I had everything I needed to get going. Wally is a good fella and an honest salesman, and the only person I’d deal with.

After driving my last GM product to over 315000km it was time for a new car. Henrik was great to deal with and got me into exactly what I needed. Michael made the financing process so easy. I felt great and supported through the entire process. I will definitely be coming back for my next car, maybe before 315000km next time 😉
