Oliver Ford’s service deserves highest praise possible. The customer service and ability to work with a customers needs is outstanding. They go above and beyond to hold ford motor and warranty companies accountable for coverages. Brad Hill, sales, and Matt, the manager, are both great. They were able to find me a new truck to replace a truck that needed to be traded in record time. Delivery and entire sale was seamless and very easy.

As usual, Oliver Ford comes through! Had a minor issue with my plow, they were able to get the truck/plow in and fix it in less than a half hour while I waited. Bobbie and Drew in service were excellent and made you feel welcomed ! If you’re really looking for a hometown kind of feel when purchasing your vehicle and adding accessories, I highly recommend coming to see them. I know they have my business.

I had a Great experience purchasing a truck from Oliver Ford. Gabriel (sales associate) was very responsive and had everything ready to go when we arrived. I actually had to change my appointment and he had no problem accommodating the appointment change. I highly recommend this dealership for your future purchases of Ford cars and trucks. Just a side note about the dealership. They have some nice vintage Fords on the showroom floor. Check them out !!

Easy making an appointment on the service site. Online service advisor was very helpful at the dealership. Had the technician run their inspection once the inspection was done. Service advisor explained to me what needed to be done to my truck and why very easy very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Much appreciated. All the customer support.
