Very disappointing experience. I purchased a car with a clear agreement that winter tires would be included and installed, since the car came with summer tires. When I came from Montreal on February 21 to pick up the car, it was still on summer tires,in the middle of winter. They promised to ship the winter tires by Monday or Tuesday and cover the installation cost. After more than two weeks, they sent the wrong tire size which is for SUVs and does not fit my Hyundai Elantra. This is unsafe and does not meet manufacturer specifications. When I raised the issue, they insisted the tires would fit. Later, they promised to fix everything and cover all costs. but it has now been more than one month, and nothing has been done. Meanwhile, I have been paying car installments and insurance for a second month while the car is parked. I sold my old car based on their promise, and since then I’ve had to rely on public transportation and taxis, which has caused significant financial loss. Very unprofessional and misleading. I do not recommend dealing with them especially sales department and their manager.

Do not trust this dealership. We paid a deposit on Friday and made a deal Wednesday morning. That afternoon they called to say the car had been sold to another buyer. They then told us the car had been sold the Friday but also refused to give us proof on that.

They took the time to explain everything about the car Kona Electrique and Blulink. Excellant service, will recommand Hyundai Sorel-Tracy.
