Olson Chevrolet was great to work with. They made the purchase of my new truck so easy. It was great to work with these people and the salesman JJ was amazing.I will definitely be using them in the future.

Picked up my 2026 3500 silverado yesterday and everything was top notch service from Dave Graf my salesman to finance and all my extra accessories were installed perfectly. This was my 2nd silverado with Olson Chevrolet and couldn't be happier.

Very good experience. Sales staff was wonderful. They were able to work a deal so I could get the vehicle I wanted. On the day of pickup they had all paperwork ready so only to a few minutes to get transaction completed and I was on the way.

I bought my 2020 ford explorer from here 3 weeks ago… showed up with my family of four and we test drove it and loved it. I should have known better and go with my gut feeling and just go to Jay Malone. First I pointed out some hail damage that Dave “the salesman” “ had no recollection of.. Took 2 days to finish paperwork. Did all the numbers and he said ok we will pick this back up tomorrow because they were closing. Call the next day, well our sales guy is out today, which is fine I get it. Call the next morning and he tried blowing us off and I straight up said I need a car by 9:30am or we’re going to Jay Malone. Then his whole tone changed, yeah come on in. Ended up sitting in there lobby for an hour before spoken too or helped.(gut was saying just go to jay malone) but I didn’t!! 2 weeks later after owning the car I realized that only half of the heat works. Literally splits right down the middle of the car. Passenger side does not work. So my defrost does not work.. they say it was inspected but I would think they would make sure the climate control would work properly.. They would this to me knowing that. I can guarantee that’s why it was traded in and instead of being honest they neglected it and now sold it to a family with 2 small children right before winter.. went to go get my plates after I realized this and tried talking to the financial guy who was putting on my plates. He blatantly ignored my concerns and questions that I was asking him. He got done putting in my plates and just goes, I’ll walk you to our service department…not a lick of care in that guy.. or the salesman.. I set up an appointment to have it looked at and had to work late so was unable to drop it off.. I would stay clear of this dealership. Very disappointing, very dishonest. And not caring. If this would have happened at Jay Malone it would have been fixed no questions asked and probably wouldn’t even be charged. My wife’s care is through Jay Malone and they have treated her amazing!!! Drive past this place and go to Jay Malone.

I visited Olson Chevrolet after finding a used truck online. I wasn’t in a hurry to buy, and I expected this to be the first of several dealerships I’d check out. To my surprise, it ended up being the only one I needed. I met JJ at the scheduled time, and both he and the truck were ready to go. Working with JJ and Joshua was genuinely enjoyable—no pressure, fair pricing, and a very reasonable trade‑in value for my old truck.
