i was speaking with a guy named Jesse. after what he marketed on fb was something i wanted i put in my application and was approved. i’m in baker city and haven’t test drove it but it was within the parameters of what i wanted in a pickup. i was putting a substantial amount down and financing the rest. yesterday i was tried to go get the. while at least to test drive it. the man told me jesse was not available and because the pickup hadn’t been through the shop i could not take the pickup. i texted jesse and he got back to me telling me that today 12/4 i could come pickup the pickup and he would make sure it was thru the inspection process. i texted him this morning and told him to text me so i could come pick it up because i didn’t want to drive over there if there was gonna be a hang up. never heard from him all day after i texted multiple times. this evening at 3 i seen on fb he put sold on the vehicle. i responded to the sold ad as “really “?? he claimed it sold last night even though he was texting me last night ensuring me the inspection process would be ready today for me to come grab the pickup, my credit got his hard with their inquiry and now i will go elsewhere. .i do not recommend the auto ranch in ontario. stick to mountain home or baker.

I'm getting tired of your service guy in the black charger flying by and revving there engine Everytime. I called and complained and the front desk lady said they will have a manger call and nothing. We live in a neighborhood behind the lot with plenty of children. I see them doing it in plenty of cars they're working on. My bad it is a black Camaro.

This is where I purchased my Ram, I had some warranty work that needed done but it took two weeks before they started on it and another week to get it done. I felt like I was put on the back burner. They did treat me well so I can't really complain. Thanks team.

Fabien is amazing. I found a couple issues after I got my car and he got them taken care of immediately. He was very patient with me in the buying process due to an illness and me being nervous about parting with my other car. He wasn't pushy like some car salesman can be. Definitely a great experience and if I ever buy another car it will be with them.
