Finance department added extended warranty to my contract even tho i specified i didnt not want extended warranty and they also charged me way more on the contract for certain items from what the sticker said. Reason for over charging me 599.00 for nitrogen in tires and 399.00 for four locking lug nuts was they arent allowed to charge dealer prep fees so they have to make up for that loss by charging more for items iregardless of what sticker price says . The sticker on car said nitrogen fill on tires is 199.00 and the four lug nuts were suppose to be 99.00 . Yep im not making this up lol. Anyway relunctantly they have cancelled the warranty and paying me back for the difference in price on the acessories they jacked up.
Montreal Francis provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. He listened to what we needed and helped us find the right vehicle without any pressure. We truly appreciate his professionalism and support. He made a stressful process feel easy.
