The dealership receives praise from satisfied customers for friendly, knowledgeable sales and finance staff who provide a comfortable purchasing experience without high-pressure tactics, though some service department interactions have drawn criticism for poor communication, administrative errors, and quality control issues that left customers frustrated and unable to reach management for resolution.
Terrific experience! Fast, friendly and efficient. They were so helpful with getting us the deal we wanted on the exact Durango I was looking for! Steve was very easy to talk to and did everything to make us comfortable without being pushy. Riley in finance walked us through every step flawlessly. The whole experience was top notch. We highly recommend them if you're looking for the perfect new Dodge!
WENDY IS THE REASON WE STAYED! RILEY MADE THE MONEY WORK! We had such a great experience working with Wendy while buying our truck. She was down to earth, funny, personable, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Wendy has the perfect vibe for clients who appreciate someone genuine, relaxed, and easy to talk to instead of the typical high-pressure sales experience. She made us feel taken care of from start to finish, and we truly appreciated her honesty and great personality. Highly recommend asking for Wendy! Riley was absolutely great to work with during our truck purchase. He really took the time to break everything down and made the money make sense, which we appreciated so much. Financing and numbers can feel overwhelming, but Riley explained things clearly, answered our questions, and made the process feel smooth and manageable. He was professional, helpful, and made us feel confident about our decision. We truly appreciated his support and would definitely recommend working with him!
Updated Review- 02/2026: BE WARNED. purchased a brand new Ram 2500 CASH, came time to renew my tabs and ran into a major issue. OCC Auto incorrectly registered my truck as a diesel even though it’s a 6.4L HEMI gas truck. The VIN clearly confirms it’s gasoline, so this was a basic paperwork error on their end. Went to AAA and they finally confirmed that the dealership messed up after a closer look. Since discovering the issue, I’ve called multiple/many times and have been passed around between departments and teams and left many voicemails over many days. No one calls back, I have been hung up on and no one is taking responsibility. One sales guy even said, "look man, unless you are buying, wrong number" and sent me back to service department without me getting a peep (service already transferred me to them). Once they get your money, they don't care unless it's about getting more money out of you. Entering the wrong fuel type on a title and registration is not a minor detail — it affects official records, emissions classification, and resale accuracy. It’s disappointing that correcting their own clerical error is burden and the dealership could care less once they get your money. __________________________________________________________- Original Review: I had an excellent experience working with Josh Jellerson—easy to communicate with, straightforward, and never used high-pressure tactics. Miguel was equally great, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring I was fully set before driving off the lot.
They completed the service on my truck confidently and in a timely manner. I was given proper notification to pick up my truck when it was ready without having a stand and wait for extended periods of time. There was some greasy fingerprints left on the paint job, but I pointed those out to the attendant and they were promptly cleaned up, which I greatly appreciated. I will certainly come back the next time I need service.
First off they know their internet phone service has been hacked and farms your number to robocallers. I took my ram 1500 into orange coast the week before halloween...I was charged a diagnostic fee of 350 for a problem I told them I didnt have. Fast forward to the second week of January and I finally have my truck back after 3 turbo replacements and a salvage intake manifold , a service advisor that quit or got fired and nobody told me till they just stopped communicating for 3 weeks, now my heater has stopped working....(related to egr coolant leak i told them to check for but they never did, probably also what also cracked the intake manifold) i pop the hood and find no less that 3 bolts backed out half way, engine cover not snapped down, multiple wire loom stays disconnected, shop rag wrapped around one of my front axels at the cv joint, and a mechanics mirror lodged above the front differential.....what a complete clown show. Ferdie is no help and will tell you things are covered just to up charge you when you arrive, if you can even get ahold of them average of 3 days and 10 calls to speak to someone. Truck owners stay away.
