Orangeville Hyundai

Sohail Durrani was amazing to work with when we bought our Hyundai Kona. We lived 4 hours away, and he made the whole process easy by sending us lots of pictures and videos of the vehicle and even delivered to our house. He was helpful, honest, and very responsive throughout everything. Thank you again for all your help — we really appreciate the great service!

Little bit delayed, but I wanted to drive the car for a few before I gave an honest review (sorry guys!) Purchased my 2026 Venue Ultimate just before the turn of the new year of 2026. Hargun was absolutely fantastic in helping me preview the car and take it for a ride. He was very quick to respond to any messages or questions I had and had so much knowledge about every model I was quite impressed. He was also very down-to-earth and kind, honest, and transparent about the vehicles and their pros/cons. I knew what I wanted though (that slick Venue) and he was certainly happy to help me into the vehicle with the aid of the rest of the fantastic team there. While we had some back and forth discussion on pricing advertised vs. final purchase price the team was quick and eager to work with me and my budget, and get me into the car I truly wanted. I appreciated the honesty and effort the whole way through and 100% felt welcomed every time I entered the doors at the Orangeville Hyundai dealership. I forgot to mention the sales team also detailed the interior of the car even when the detailing/shop crew were all on holiday (so sweet of them!) Overall with my Venue: so far the car has been fantastic, it's the perfect size for me and a smooth ride. I've made multiple long-distance trips even in our terrible winter weather and it's been great. I'm very happy I went with the Orangeville Hyundai team (which is about 2 hours from where I actually live) – they were more than worth the drive! Wishing them the best in 2026.

I recently purchased my 2026 Tuson Ultimate from Nav at Orangeville Hyundai. It’s the second car I’ve bought from Nav, following my mom’s purchase of her 2026 Tuson last month. I even traded in my 2020 car. Nav and the team at the dealership made the whole process incredibly smooth. If you’re on the lookout for a new car and need some excellent advice and competitive pricing, Nav is your guy !

Extremely disappointed with my entire experience with Orangeville Hyundai. We have owned Hyundai vehicles for over a dozen years, I recently traded in my 2021 Kona and purchased a 2026 Venue. My sales person was fired, and I was not told, I was handed off to the Manager who was not honest with the financials, and he handed us off to a Sales person who had to use CHAT GPT when I had questions about the car. He also gave me inaccurate information about many things, specifically SIRIUS radio as an option. The paperwork was inaccurate, and luckily I read it thoroughly as they overcharged me in a few areas. When I finally got my keys, I was not provided a once over for all the features. I asked about the window sticker (simple) for service call reminders, and I was told "They dont do that anymore" I said I used the sticker to give me the # to call if I needed a tow. The salesperson "texted" me a tow company number! I had SIRIUS radio in my previous car with an after market device, they ASSURED me I could use it in my new VENUE. But when I brought it to the service department, they said no. I went to another company for a second opinion a few days later, and they pointed out the Damage the service department did to my panel! It is like they used a bread knife to remove it. Long story short, it is the worst mistake I have EVER made in my vehicle purchase. If you love a Hyundai, stay clear of Orangeville. The new owners have brought the reputation down. Dishonesty and Fraud is all you will get here. **update to my review** I will NOT be contacting The General Manager, as that is where 90% of the issue was, as well as the Sales Team. On the other hand, the Service Dept. has gone above and beyond to be communicative with me. So, please use the Service Dept. Just buy the vehicle at another location**
