I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, only a couple years old, with low mileage. Orchard Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Hudson had exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Their representative, Victoria, was extremely pleasant and helpful and did everything she could to answer my questions on her own, or find the answer out. It's been quite a while since I purchased a vehicle, but she made the whole experience very smooth and easy. In fact, the entire staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. My trade-in price was fair and I totally love the Jeep I bought. I absolutely recommend this dealership! Check them out if you're in the market for a car. Ask for Victoria, tell her I sent you. LOL

Even though they weren’t the closed JEEP dealership from where we live, the outstanding customer service and incredible deal made the trip completely worth it. Ernesto, the owner, and his entire crew make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The entire process was smooth, professional, and honest from start to finish, which is hard to find these days. I am extremely disappointed with Orchard Dodge’s service department. My husbands truck has been sitting there for THREE WEEKS, and they still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. The issue involves a warranty part, yet there has been zero urgency or resolution. This truck is not a convenience for him — it is how he makes a living. It is a necessity. Which he made that very clear. He spoke directly with the owner, who promised he would get him a truck to drive while his was being handled. Conveniently, he is “not in today,” and he is still without a vehicle. On top of that, the technician he personally said would look at the truck still hasn’t even touched it. There has been poor communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency for a customer whose livelihood depends on their vehicle. Three weeks with no answers and no solution is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone who relies on their vehicle for work to think twice before bringing it here.

I wanted a 2026 Wrangler Sport S but I was pretty picky as to what I was looking for and what options I wanted. Noah, my salesman, checked the computer and out of approximately 90 models available he narrowed it down to two in the area. He checked on the availability and had it for me within a few days. He was extremely professional and educated me on every option and accessory it was equipped with. He even called me the following day to make sure the Jeep app on my phone was working correctly. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Orchard.
