O'Regan's Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac

Not a pleasant experience at all. Just bought a certified used Chevy from here and already have to take it in for repairs. Agreed upon repairs before purchase and received the vehicle still deficient. Furthermore, within the first week of use other "not covered" parts started just falling apart. Feels like I bought a car from Mr. Wormwood from the Matilda book/movie. I didn't think he looked like Dani Davito but sure sold me a lemon. You would think because it was a Chevy from a Chevy dealership that they would take more pride/stand by their products better or provide better after sales service since they already have the spare parts. They do not. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a fair deal or proper treatment.

The service I received today was great. I required an oil change on my truck and dropped it off early and needed to bring back my other vehicle for an on going issue. By the time I got back they made my truck a priority and it was ready instead of me having 2 vehicle there and taking alternative transportation. Kieryn Stuart was friendly and efficient to deal with. Graham also did a wonderful job assisting on the other matters. The Guy:)

My wife and I were recently visiting Nova Scotia from Ontario in our 2023 Buick Envision when the "Service Transmision" light came on in the car. We brought the vehicle to O'Regan Chevrolet Buick Cadillac. The service department quickly diagnosed the problem, and arranged for the required part to be shipped overnight from Montreal. They also set us up with a rental car so we were able to continue to enjoy our vacation. The car was ready the next day, and we were on our way. We continued with our road trip and drove back to Ontario without any issues. First class service by true professionals. Thank you O'Regan Chevrolet

Got a new vehicle in December of 2025… after 12,000 km, check engine light came on. I dropped by to get it scanned to ensure it was nothing major, as I travel for work. I was told “they do not have time”. I explained that it was important for work, and that I knew it took all of 5 minutes to scan it to give a customer peace of mind, but they would not budge. The lady behind the desk did not even look up from her computer to tell me to kick rocks. They suggested I wait until it breaks down, at which point I would call roadside assistance and then they would get me in for an “emergency appointment”. Otherwise, they offered me an appointment on June 11th to scan the issue (36 days later). I understand things get busy, but for paying customers, 5 minutes seems like a reasonable request to ensure I am not driving a death machine. I took it to Pye’s Chevrolet the next day in Truro, and they had it scanned and fixed in 3 hours. If you are looking for a GM vehicle or service in NS, go to Pye’s! Worth the hour drive from the city to not deal with O’Regans.
