Needed an emergency oil change and they got me in and were so nice and friendly. Another reason I love my Hyundai!!

We just drove home in our new Tucson Ultimate!! What a wonderful experience we were given. Ian, Charmaine, Ryan and the service staff treated us so well. We felt absolutely no pressure and were given all the information we needed to decide. This is our second new vehicle purchased from Bridgewater Hyundai, and we can honestly say that they have been the two BEST vehicle purchase experiences we've had. Ian was so patient and informative when explaining all the technology available to us with this vehicle and when the deal was completed, he presented me with a bouquet of flowers. Very classy! I was screwed over by another dealership when I ordered a 2023 Kona back in November and the deal eventually fell through which made me very unhappy, I heard great things about Oregans South Shore Hyundai from a friend and figured I would take a chance in contacting them. not only did they have the exact car I wanted on the lot already, but they made sure that all of my need were taken care of efficiently. I didn't for one moment feel like I was being taken advantage of, that my time was being wasted or that my presence wasn't appreciated. Ian (sales) and Bonnie (finance) were both so friendly from the moment I walked in the door, understood my experience, understood my expectations and worked their magic until the moment I drove off the lot with my new '23 Kona Preferred. It's been a week with the new car, not only is it so clean and comfortable, but having such a positive experience during the sales process really helped with how exciting buying a new car should be. I couldn't recommend South Shore Hyundai any more, their service was so excellent that I had no problem going there from Halifax to buy my car and I don't regret it in the least. Can't say enough great things about O'Regan's Hyundai Bridgewater. Being in the market for a new vehicle leaves you with a lot of options out there and so many things to consider.
