Very disappointed by Toyota today , I choose Toyota 6 years ago when I have my first car in my life because I heard all good things about Toyota services and generous return/ refund policies. But , I am quite disappointed when I asking return my Toyota crown 2023, the manager showed all tricky ways trying to Ro-B me. To be honest, I am not a great driver , my first Toyota RAV4 traded in Toyota Crown without penalty and no cash back ( there were AC damaged by brach scratched in my farm and 4 corners has scratches. And this time during the winter , ℹ backing my car and got Many scratches and body damage shown in pictures and I got parts quote of replacement by Toyota today there are $2384 ( HST included) so, adding up labor fee won’t be over $3000 ( assuming 8 hours) But the manager wanted charge me $10000 , so removing my 7500 deposit I paid in 2023 , I need give Toyota $3000 to finish the lease and the car value is $45000 . I bought tear and wear $1299 in 2023 but the manager said only cover when I return the car full lease time ( 2027 in June ) so , I returned my car earlier supposed to be less wear and tear ,right ? So I don’t know why he asked me he only accepts perfect car and I have only 1 week keep his code , next week the market value might be lower a Lot I paid every Toyota suggested me to pay ( plus protection $2499 +1299 for wear and tear ) and others , but nothing I got back。 just posted interior pictures which we cleaned 🧽 yesterday before inspection, there is no smoke or eating inside and my dogs always have seat cover, and they never stay inside long time, my Jack Russel is only 8.8 KG and my golden retriever won’t sit inside more than 5 mins each time from my home to my horse farm. And apparently there is no Dog smell as my friends all said so. I will never back to Toyota anymore, we have more options like clutch to buy our car better and fair price and we have Tesla better price and great automatic drive service, I wish you have good experience with Toyota, but Toyota is not the same as before

I just picked up my brand new Grand Highlander in the sleek silver color from Toyota Dartmouth, and I couldn’t be happier! I decided to purchase quite late and really wanted a vehicle that was immediately available. Mr. Song worked tirelessly to coordinate and locate one for me. The car was spotless and in impeccable condition when I picked it up. This whole experience exceeded my expectations, even though I already had very high hopes for this vehicle! It was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. We had a fantastic experience with Kaitlyn! She was helpful and realistic with us from the moment we walked in. She did not try to upsell us on the trim, if anything she helped us realize we didn’t need more than the XLE. She was honest about RAV4 lead times and kept us updated throughout the wait. Shoutout to Kaitlyn, and Gayle in financing who was also fantastic, we got to pick up our RAV today and love it already :)
