He connected with us and met us in the showroom, explained all the upgrades of the new vehicle, took us for a test drive in inclement conditions, which we believe was the best way to see and feel for ourselves how the vehicle behaved. The day of pick up, he assisted with registering and downloading the apps, and took the time to go over all the features.
