We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership for the second time, and once again, the experience was outstanding. My first purchase here in 2020 left such a positive impression that I confidently recommended it to my husband when he needed a car and I am so glad we came back. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and paired with Liam, an energetic and genuinely pleasant salesperson. He took the time to understand exactly what he were looking for and provided client-focused support throughout the entire process. Chantal, the manager who assisted me with my first purchase, continues to exemplify professionalism and expertise. Her knowledge and attention to detail ensured that we felt confident and well taken care of. She was exceptionally helpful in arranging tests drives and guiding us toward a vehicle that perfectly suits our family's needs. Ibrahim, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He worked diligently to secure the best possible deal and rate for us, and his patience and clear explanations made the financing process smooth and stress-free. Overall, our second experience with this dealership was just as exceptional as the first. The entire team went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, and we truly appreciate it. I don’t usually post reviews but I had to this time. I was looking to buy a car in the summer and bought a used 2020 Mazda cx3 back in August from this dealership. They have made a usually stressful experience very pleasant and comfortable. Shout out to Alex for explaining things as plainly as possible and making sure things went smoothly despite our many questions. Also shout out to Michael for accommodating all our numerous requests. They have been lovely and supportive and after 6 months of having my car I can say with confidence that I love my purchase and can recommend this team for their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Outstanding dealership. After having a previous visit to another dealership where I was not terribly impressed, I contacted Orleans Mitsubishi through their online portal. Asked a few questions, and provided some details regarding what I was looking for. I had a call Liam, one of their sales staff in about 10-15 minutes. We made arrangements for me to come in, see the vehicle I was looking at, and review my trade. Once at the dealership, I was dealt with fairly, with professionalism, and courtesy. I had a timeline for the visit, and Liam as well as the other staff were accommodating. We put together a deal where I was extremely pleased. The vehicle wasn't in stock, but he found it at another dealer in ON, and provided great communications throughout the process. Pick up went smooth, and the new RVR is exactly what I ordered. At a price I wanted. Plus for Mitsu for not only offering dealer incentives, but also a decent military discount as well.

From my first visit this dealership I felt comfortable researching and evaluating what I was looking for. The team were welcoming and provided a relaxed experience. As I came closer to making a decision and sat down with Liam Rado, I was very pleased with his courteous and informative answers to my various questions. When we settled on an Eclipse Cross and selected a vehicle that was available quickly, the buying process, from trade - in, delivery date convenience, delivery preparation and since the, follow up, has been excellent, including introductions from the service department. The vehicle is meeting expectations and I am pleased that the roof track came with mount points for cross bars. This facilitated easy installation of rails for my kayak without rails being installed. I am also delighted to have been able to source a Canadian manufactured tow-hitch for the bike rack. We are looking forward to the journey ahead.
