My experience was good except I didn’t appreciate extras like rust protection being tacked on without even discussing it with me. A crappy high pressure tactic. I most likely would have purchased it but would have appreciated having a conversation about it. I drove away without any instruction how to manage the options in my new car. Took me an hour to get my radio station and didn’t realize that the doors have to be unlocked before I could remove the charging cable. Seydou and Ashur were pleasant to deal with. The parting gift was a nice thought but seriously……….a coffee mug? I almost laughed. Your customers are making a huge investment. Nothing would be better than a coffee mug. Anyhow I love my car and I have my manuals and the internet to learn how it works. Thanks for everything.

When my husband and I walked into Orleans Toyota we were greeted by Prath. He was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Alyssa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped my fiancée and I get into our first financed car and made the entire experience smooth, virtually no stress haha, She was incredibly thorough, explained every step clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure we fully understood everything throughout the process. You can genuinely tell she cares about her customers and wants them to feel comfortable and confident with their purchase. On top of that, the price and service we received were incredible. The level of professionalism, kindness and communication was amazing. I genuinely cannot stress this enough the service was PHENOMENAL. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Alyssa made it such an enjoyable experience and went above and beyond for us. A huge thank you as well to Ashur for working so hard to find a solution for us despite my credit situation. He really went above and beyond to help make everything happen, and we truly appreciated the effort, It never felt judgmental or pressured just good people trying to help us get into a vehicle that worked for us.
