I LOVE my new car! Brian made the buying process so easy. He answered all of my questions. He answered every call or text and was so patient with me. He got me the exact Yukon I wanted and I LOVE it! I worked with Chuck on financing and they gave me a great deal and that was a super easy process as well. And finally, Rob delivered my vehicle to me to my home and he was one of the kindest people. I want to give praise to the service department. These folks really know how to take care of their people. Samuel Etheridge took great care of me and kept me updated every day. If it wasn't by phone, it was by text but he made effort every day to keep me posted. The technician took special care of my vehicle while working on such a big job. The service manager Jeff, I got to speak with and may I say, he is one of the reasons why the service department is the best in all of East Texas. I came in to pick up and Samuel went to grab my vehicle from being washed and vacuumed which was courtesy by the dealership. I was greeted with smiles from both TY and Chantelle who work with my advisor Samuel. I signed my papers with Sandy who gave me my paperwork. Every single person I encountered gave me top notch service. Thank you ORR.

Overall, my experience with this dealership was frustrating. I had to have repairs before even making my first payment, which was disappointing. I also asked if they could at least do an alignment given the situation, but they declined. I understand things happen with cars, but I expected better customer service and support, especially so soon after purchasing. I’d recommend others thoroughly inspect their vehicle and ask detailed questions before buying.” FYI No one aka the general manager has addressed this issue. what a joke will never buy from here again we made only 1 payment and transmission is out have to buy a new one also motor misfiring but they dont care
