I usually don't have much good to say when my truck breaks down. This is a different story. When our 2024 Dodge Ram batteries died I went to the dealership and talked to Thomas in the service dept. He said, man, I hate it but your just gonna have to have it towed in for us to check out the problem. Fortunately we had insurance coverage for that so off it went. Today we went to pick it up. Both batteries had to be replaced and we were very happy to learn they were warranty covered. My wife (the "self proclaimed" owner of the truck and stickler for details) had a hundred questions for Thomas about the warranties. He showed remarkable patents as he went through every detail with her and answered every question without hesitation. I watched and listened in amazement. "Very Impressive". Thomas is the man!
I message Linda and her brother Jose about different types of car and within an hour they sent me different options and the next morning I was driving away in my dream car. Thank you so much for helping in every way possible. Yall need to go see them and definitely request them!
