Wow, Ty is the best. We had went to several dealerships and once we meet Ty we were completely sold on purchasing our car. I was impressed how he was so knowledgeable about vehicles, its features and his all over supreme customer service.

Called about a price on a car because I wanted to finance thru my bank and needed a buyers order so they could start the process. Jim and his sales manager ( Jason Sims) refused to give me an out the door price because they were too sneaky. It wasn't in their best interest to give me a price because the price changes depending on who is buying. Basically the buyer puts the price on the car by agreeing to sales proposals they present to potential buyers because the dealer holds 3-5% interest rate in reserve. Meaning that if your bank approves you at 7% they will RE SELL you the loan at a higher interest rate and KEEP the difference. CROOKS! Post the prices and extra fees you add to the price to unsuspecting customers on your reply then. Lets see it . After all,youre transparent. Right?
