Purchased both my Toyota Sequoia and hybrid Highlander here. Great vehicles — superior service. Small hiccup getting warranty repair authorization forcing a return visit (even though all necessary parts were on site), but the job was later completed in expert fashion. You won’t find a more friendly and respectful staff. Plus the facility work areas are kept cleaner than my own home!

I've had a great experience with Orr Toyota of Searcy. From my salesman, BJ, to managers, finance, and service, each interaction has been met with friendliness and great service. I'm having my first complimentary oil change today on my 22 Tundra and the staff this morning have all been super friendly. I even picked up this snazzy coffee cup while I waited in their customer service center. I'd definitely recommend Orr Toyota of Searcy. Ask for BJ when you're looking for a ride. He is good people and will take care of you.

Went in today to look at a Tundra. Mike not only answered all my questions but had knowledge of the truck and its history. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and its features. Glad to be able to work with Mike Dollahite to make a deal and get me into a ride that fits my needs.

I was traveling across Arkansas and my truck stated having issues. I called them and they told me to bring it right in. From the time I arrived to the time I left with the truck fixed was right at 24 hours. they sent a currier hours to get the part and had it installed 3 hours and I was rolling again. Every single person I interacted with was amazing. One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Excellent Service Center.

I was in the fence about wanting to buy a new vehicle. I had my budget and a wish list and BJ made it happen. Nicest guy ever! Super attentive and responsive ZERO high pressure sales tactics.
