had an extremely concerning experience with this dealership and would strongly caution others before doing business here. During the purchase process which I paid cash for my vehicle, I was asked to sign paperwork that was either incomplete or contained blank sections that had not yet been filled out. No customer should ever be pressured to sign blank documents, as it creates significant risk and a lack of transparency in the transaction. To make matters worse, my check was cashed before all of the paperwork and transaction details were properly finalized (and tax and tags weren’t processed or paid because I refused to sign blank paperwork). I came to the dealership to sign the paperwork and the finance manager acted as he had no record of my transaction, again the check for my purchase was cashed which was paid in full. A reputable dealership should prioritize transparency, accuracy, and customer trust. Instead, I was left questioning whether proper procedures were being followed and whether my interests were being protected at all. Buying a vehicle is one of the largest purchases many people make. Customers deserve complete documentation, clear explanations, and the opportunity to review fully completed paperwork before signing anything or having payment processed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience and would encourage anyone considering a purchase to carefully review every document, refuse to sign blank forms, and ensure all terms are finalized before handing over payment.
