Highly recommend this dealership! I’ve used them 3 times and have leased my vehicle each time. I worked with Brett as my sales guy, Dan as the sales manager, and Tony in finance. Every step of the process was enjoyable. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me find something I felt confident purchasing. Everyone was patient, kind, and allowed multiple test drives to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid and I’ve really been enjoying it!

Wish I would have read the negative comments before dealing with these people. Lotta cool employees but on the other hand a lot of deceptive practices. My credit is rebuilding, so they said they “found a lender”..place $500 down and pay for insurance and you would get a “funding call” and leave with the car. That “funding call” after I bought the insurance, they then told me would actually come at some point in the next few days. TOTALLY opposite from what I was told. If I don’t qualify, it’s ok..just tell me and I will accrue more money and keep improving the credit score. For me to pay for a vehicle insurance policy when the car isn’t even funded? They were “fishing” for sub prime lenders. I was told the whole thing by luck..I finance guy that works at the dealership before and knows some of those guys which I will not name here. And the funniest thing, when I asked for a refund, they stated, “well, you have to wait 4 days, we have to go to the bank. Lol this is a BIG dealership..Ourisman. I gave them cash, they can’t cut a check? Just buyer beware. I’m glad for those that had good experiences, but the bad experiences..that I read on here DEFINITELY line up. Same names, same people.

Daniel Escobar (sales), Nicole Delgado (sales manager), Billy Brown (GM), and Brian Mitchell (finance) all took really good care of me. I felt like a paid a very fair price and they didn't feel the need to play any sales games with me. I would recommend the Ourisman team without reservation. I am really enjoying my 2027 Telluride Hybrid and I can't believe I'm actually averaging 32+ MPG!
