I first want to say that Jose and Miguel are the guys to see. My car-buying experience today was perfect from start to finish. As soon as we pulled into the lot with my 2023 Nissan Rogue, Jose came right over and greeted us. We sat down, shared what we were looking for, and he made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. We test drove the Z71 Traverse, then met with Miguel to go over the numbers, and by the end of it all, we drove away with a 2026 Traverse. Both Jose and Miguel were incredibly pleasant, never rushed us, and answered every question we had. Jose also took the time to go over all the features in the vehicle, which I really appreciated. I can honestly say Ourisman Chevrolet in Rockville is the best. I am so happy with my purchase.

My experience is one of a kind I purchased a vehicle and had some issues with it putting it mildly. The general Manager Henry stepped in and rectified all the problems at hand. Henry went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The staff at Ourisman is top notch starting with the leadership of Henry all the way to the salesman. They have a customer for life in me and I would highly recommend this staff to everyone in the DMV and surrounding areas. I live about two hours away, and from the very beginning, they accommodated me by handling almost everything over the phone. Maysam was fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free and was in constant contact to keep things moving forward. When I arrived at the dealership, I was there for only about an hour and 30 minutes and drove off in my new 2026 Chevy Traverse RS! Everything they quoted me over the phone was exactly what I paid—no surprises, no hidden fees. Their pricing was extremely upfront and honest. In fact, they beat every other price I researched by $6,000! Miguel, the manager, was just as impressive. He made sure everything went efficiently and even helped coordinate paperwork since my wife couldn’t be there in person. They were able to make arrangements for her to sign separately, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient for us. The truck was ready for me out front when I arrived, and I felt like I had an individualized experience, even on a busy day for the dealership. I was lucky enough to get Mike as my salesman. He was charming, knowledgeable, kind and attentive. He contacted me as soon as I pre qualified for my loan on line by text. He wasn’t pushy but instead seemed to want to help me from the beginning. We all know they get paid from their sales… but his approach was different… really, genuinely wanting to assist me in finding the right vehicle for me. I’ll tell you, from start to finish, he was just what a salesman should be. He knew exactly what he was talking about and took the time to show me all options. I bought what is probably my favorite car to date. Cars are so technologically advanced now, it’s amazing what you can get for around 30k! I’m totally happy that I went with a dealer that has been around for decades. Mike has only been there for about 9 months, but couldn’t have been better at his job. I’m a sucker for intelligence, but even more so for smarts coupled with finesse and respectfulness. If you need a new car/SUV go to Ourisman and ask for Mike. You’ll leave happy and feeling appreciated, as well as being respected. PS The finance department was a joy too!! A total win for me today! I encourage anyone to do business with this dealership. PS I’m generally tainted and displeased often by the lack of integrity of businesses… but clearly they’ve been in business FOREVER for good reason.
