Took my car to get the a/c fixed. First they quoted me for a repair their own tech said didn’t need to happen so I pushed for better diagnostics and got a correct diagnosis and repair. When I left, I noticed my rear camera looked weird but thought it was due to the rain. When I was able to look at the actual camera later, it was broken off my car completely and dangling by wires. I left a voicemail that went unreturned. I called again and was told everyone was busy but someone would call me before the end of business that day. That didn’t happen. I called and left another voicemail which has also gone unanswered and now it says their voicemail is full. They apparently aren’t going to fix the $500 part they damaged so I can’t recommend anyone use this dealerships service center.
