I had the absolute best experience with with Patrick in sales and Chrisokos , one of the finance managers. They made sure I was well taken care of and in a vehicle that made the most sense for me and made my second time buying a much better experience. They listened to what happened to me last time and made sure this time I was given the best possible deal that fit my budget. My dad and I bought a 2023 Toyota 4Runner a few weeks ago from Yianni and it has taken me so long to write this review because I am so in love with this car, I never want to do anything but drive. If you’re in the market for a car these people will take care of you. Yianni was an absolute delight to work with, he was of course very knowledgeable but he also made me feel like I deserved to do something nice for myself and I left feeling like the caliber of my humanity had actually evolved. I also worked with Morgan who not only seemed to know me better than I do but also made the financing very painless, maybe even enjoyable. We were not planning on buying a car that day but they made it such a great experience that four hours later I was driving away in my dream car. I highly recommend Ourisman Toyota 40 for not only sales, but servicing too.
