Recently purchased a new-to-me 2023 Honda TrailSport from Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel, and overall we had a very positive experience. Our sales representative, Jose Sereant, was great to deal with from start to finish. Very personable, easy to talk to, and never made us feel pressured during the process. I would absolutely recommend considering Jose as your sales representative if you’re shopping there. Ryan was also very helpful in helping close the deal by working with us on a fair trade-in value for our 2010 Ford Expedition. He helped find a reasonable middle ground that ultimately allowed the deal to move forward, which we appreciated. Rob from finance was 100% helpful throughout the financing process. He helped everything go through with minimal hiccups and also assisted with offering a protection plan and extended warranty options that provided good value and peace of mind to help keep our purchase on the road long-term. Isaac Chee, the General Manager, was pleasant to deal with as well and took time to be involved throughout the experience. The only dispute I have with our overall experience involved a promotional item. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, we were told we would be leaving that day with a 70-inch TV, only to later find out we would instead be entered into a raffle drawing. Honestly, the TV itself was never the deal breaker for us, but I firmly believe a company is only as good as its word. If a sale is discussed with certain promises or incentives, those expectations should be honored just as customers are expected to honor their signatures, trade-ins, and down payments. My recommendation to anyone purchasing here — or at any dealership — is to make sure any promotional offers or special promises are put in writing before taking ownership of the vehicle. Once the paperwork is signed, the trade-in is gone, and the down payment is made, there’s very little leverage left if expectations suddenly change. That said, the staff overall treated us well, and we are very happy with the 2023 Honda TrailSport.

Just purchased my first new vehicle with Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel and I couldn't be happier. The whole process was very straightforward. My salesman Mike was great and got me the exact spec GTI I wanted, drove to another dealership over an hour away that day to get it, and brought it right to my driveway. The finance team was great too, I believe I worked with Isaac. They were even able to beat my bank's already pretty low interest rate. Great customer service. Walked in that morning and by the afternoon I had my dream GTI sitting at my doorstep, no nonsense. Thanks again!

I went into VW to purchase my first brand new vehicle, the 2026 VW Atlas with Tech. We were assisted by DJ! He is truly one of the best sales associates we’ve had the pleasure of working with! There was no pushy or desperate treatment. He was kind, patient, attentive and he handled every single question my Honda loving husband threw at him with confidence. He answered my phones calls and questions on his off day with pleasure. Towards the end of the process, it was looking like we may not be able to make it come together. DJ remained himself and talked us through other potential avenues to possibly come to an agreement without constantly trying to convince me to give up the features I loved about the car or having to settle for a lesser model. The comfort we got from his attitude and transparency is what kept us there and ultimately helped us make it happen. We did not feel “taken” but instead like we got a deal. The GM Issac was helpful, straight to the point and no non sense. Car buying is a huge deal for most families and I’d honestly do it with these guys again.
