Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful short notice. And reasonable as well! Blew a tire on my trailer, mid move west to east coast. They had it done in under two days and got me all the way to DC no issues. Great shop and thank them so much!!

I had a front tire on my motorcycle go flat 30 miles outside of town in the middle of the night. I limped those miles into Newcastle and the next morning checked four other repair facilities before a kind man at Napa Auto Parts down the street recommended I go here. I stopped in and was greeted by the owner, Troy. He wasn’t sure if he could help or not, but asked me to wait so he could at least get his mechanics opinion. John, his mechanic, stopped what he was working on and had me pull my bike in a open bay. He looked it over, confessed that he didn’t have the equipment to “properly” replace my valve stem that had weathered and sprung a leak. However, with some creative outside the box thinking, felt he could get it replaced and me back on the road. I wondered up front and met John’s wife, Melissa who was running the front counter. She was incredibly, warm, friendly and full of conversation. I learned about how their family business has been there for quite some time and before I knew it John approached letting me know my tire repair was complete! The other places in town wouldn’t even give me a second thought. Then I strolled into Outlaw Motors and met an amazing team of folks that were determined to help. I can’t thank this business enough for getting me back on the road!!! On a separate note, as I wondered around during the repair, I found they have a large selection of classic vehicles for sale. Very neat place! This is the kind of place that needs their own show on Netflix. It would be a hit!

We were in the Black Hills for vacation, and had a flat tire. A nice man pulled over to help and suggested Outlaw Motors. He was able to fit us in immediately, and had it repaired in about twenty minutes. Excellent service! I am grateful to him for making what could have been a frustrating situation easy and quick.
