I had an excellent experience purchasing my Tiguan from Outright Auto. Fran and Jawain were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. We actually returned to make a purchase because of Jawain’s outstanding customer service and genuine interactions. He made us feel valued and welcomed. They answered all our questions and ensured we felt comfortable with our purchase. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

This used dealership is the epitome of the sketchy used car dealer stigma. If Harry Wormwood lived in Delaware he would work at Outright Auto. From an engine light a day after purchase, a shifty "warranty" contract. To being "to bussy" and "multiple weeks out" to handle their warranty work. To not even honoring the first fuel up agreement made at time of sale. This company is shady and dishonest. Good luck to anyone that goes here. PS: Owner response to this post was to say I came in asking for gas money. However what i told your employee "employee name told me to bring my first fuel receipt in and yall would pay for it." Also, the reason I came in "months after" is because of another complaint I'm glad you reminded me to mention. Since the car failed inspection before we bought the car and then upon purchase we were told it was taken back and had passed. Oh but that was a lie too, and we then had to take it to get inspected only after waiting 2 months for your team to call and tell us that wonderful.

Very nice and courteous from beginning to end. So far they’ve stood behind the sale and the vehicle. I live in Maryland and the car passed inspection the first time, which is extremely rare! I will be back for my next car in 4 years. See you then!

Yea they keep deleting bad reviews to hide the terrible things they do. like i had a car towed to their shop after they told me to tow it there. then tell you they cant work on it gj great customer service. Either hold employees accountable and watch what they are doing or accept the reviews you earn. SMH

Another great experience at Outright Auto with Nick and Jon on my VW Golf. I’ve worked with them before and they continue to be honest, easy to deal with, and true to their word. The whole process was smooth and stress-free with no pressure at all. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a straightforward, trustworthy car buying experience!
