I don't recommend this service center. I told my service consultant that the last time I had my multi-point service they forgot windshield washer fluid. He told me not to worry he'd make sure it was done. After leaving and getting back home, went to use the windshield washer and no fluid. Looked at the check off sheet and mechanic had checked it off. The fact he checked it off but didn't do it makes me question how many of the items on the sheet were actually physically checked on my truck. If they can't be honest with the little things, can't trust them with the bigger things. Also, during a test drive, my wheel cover came off and my advisor just shrugged it off and said the mechanic knew it fell off but didn't look for it. Didn't offer to replace it. To be clear, my tires were removed and reinstalled. So the wheel cover was put back on by the mechanic. I inspected the wheel cover on the other tire and it wasn't installed all the way and was almost coming off as well. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership!

I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 with Oviedo and absolutely loved the experience. Shelby was very friendly and helpful and made sure we were setup for success. The finance officer was also amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend

I went in for my first $20 oil change on my 2024 Ram 3500 today and ended up with a $500 bill 4 hours after my appointment. I had made an appointment for November 8th at 8:30am last week. When I get there I notify the person checking in that my fuel filter light went on and off and asked if they could make sure that the filters were good. I then proceeded to wait in the lobby for 2 hours before my truck even made it to a lift. I was then told that my front tires were looking low so I had asked them to rotate them to the back, under the impression that it was free because I was told previously that year that it was free. The guy that checked in my vehicle finally tells me my truck is ready at 12 and I go to pay. I am then hit with a $500 bill for $30 oil change when they advertise $20, a $40 tire rotation which I was told previously was free, and a damn near $400 fuel filter charge that I did not say to do. I was not told the price nor if my fuel filters were even bad to begin with, they just changed them and charged me for it. When I was finally able to leave they had to call me and tell me to come back to the dealership because they didn’t even install the fuel filters back on correctly and I was leaking diesel the whole time. When I came back they took another 20 minutes for them to get it right and just to top it off they charged me 5 1/2 gallons worth of diesel ($20) not including all the diesel they spilt not tightening the filters right, now the whole underside of my truck is covered in diesel and if the leak was any worse there’s no telling if my truck would have even made it that far down the road.

This morning I had my first oil change, tire rotation and courtesy wash on my 2022 Ram 1500. When I arrived I was greeted by Phillip and Dillan with a friendly smile. Thank You Johnny for having the best professional and most importantly friendly staff. It is really nice to be treated like family. Also a big thank you to the wash department for doing such a nice job on my pickup. It looked brand new!
