Never ever felt like I was dealing with “car salesman.” Keegan was very professional and knowledgeable and I never once felt pressure to buy. He was there to help me buy a vehicle if that’s what ended up happening and created a great experience . Derek and Jaret were also great professionals to deal with in this process. Dave is a Top Tier automotive tech and also communicates upcoming issues he sees with my vehicle so I'm not blindsided 6 months later. Two of the most trustworthy people in our local service market. Ever since the old dodge dealership merged into this one. Nothing but issues. A simple tire changed turned into a 2 day event without being notified, I had to call to see what the hold up was. Most recently took my truck in for an issue, charged $160 just to look it over? I’m not sure it’s that’s standard but I’ve never been charged a fee for that ever. Also very very highly priced! Quoted $12000 for repairs, took to another dealership and Quoted $7500.00. Will never use again
