My experience was a combination of positive and challenging aspects. The sales department staff members were friendly. The service was acceptable, but when I brought my '22 GLI in for a coolant leak, I was informed that the parts would arrive the following day, yet it took five days. I requested a loaner vehicle, but one was not provided. The initial quote was reasonable, but upon picking up the car six days later for a radiator hose replacement, the invoice was double the quoted amount. I brought to the attention of the service department representative that diagnostic labor should be waived once the work is completed. She consulted with another individual and confirmed my understanding, subsequently adjusting the invoice. I believe that if I had not raised this point, they might have expected me to pay the full price, which saved me $400. I am now considering whether to continue my vehicle maintenance here or explore other dealerships. Other reviews suggest it might be wise to have an alternative plan.

I had the pleasure of working with the sales team Paul , Mark, Usman and the other nice fellow. Paul went out of his way to find me the car I wanted and in the colour I wanted to!! They put everything together quickly and had me in my new vehicle just a couple weeks. I love my new 2026 Tiguan. I did need a computer update just after I received it but Paul got it booked in for the next day and the service department Had me in and out the same day. Everyone I worked with were very kind thanks so much. Great experience especially after to poor experience I had before visiting this dealership

We were pleasantly surprised with the straightforward negotiations. Paul the salesman was very polite and created an atmosphere that was comfortable and stress free.
