Oxendale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Oxendale dealership! My salesman John was great at going over what options were available to me and recommended a 2025 Nissan Kicks with very low mileage and a warranty that will cover the amount of time on my loan. Every employee that I had interacted with was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I would definitely go back to Oxendale to purchase a new car in the future.

Just had my vehicle in for service. Was told they needed to order parts. Got back in my car to find they’d knocked my Smart Screen off my dash and cracked the screen. I showed it to the service guy and he said “I don’t know what to tell you.” That’s it. No manager available to talk to. No accountability. I asked who was driving the car. He said the tech was. I said let’s talk to him. He said I’m not allowed to. Unbelievable! Also, the service I had it in for was a factory recall. The service guy told me in order to do the work they would need to break off parts of my door, which I would then need to pay $500 to repair. I kid you not. These guys know how to break things. That’s for sure. Think I’ll try my luck with Planet Dodge in Flagstaff.

They made something happen that I never thought would be possible, and thanks to their hard work and dedication, I now have a new vehicle. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience amazing. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for me. Thank you both very, very much! Kassidy Kelly helped us find the perfect car for our family. We were able to drive it and inspect it. Paperwork went smoothly.. the only down side was that they were not able to wash the outside of the car because the equipment was broken.

As being from Florida our 24 Durango had a issue on a Friday , Taylor from service got us in right away and fixed the problem.. She was outstanding and very personable.. AAA to her. Thanks Again
