I came in with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, received a fair trade value, and left with a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Geoffrey in sales was patient, professional, and never pushy. I had a ton of questions, and he answered all of them clearly while giving me the time and space to make the right decision. I looked at multiple vehicles, compared options, and took my time making a decision, and he was always helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. Mario in finance was fantastic as well. We spent a lot of time going over financing options, lenders, warranties, and different deal structures. I wasn’t willing to sign a deal unless it made sense, and when it turned out I couldn’t finance the vehicle I originally wanted, they didn’t try to push me into a bad deal. Instead, they worked with me to find a better vehicle that fit my budget while still keeping the 48-month loan term I wanted. The entire team, including the interns and everyone behind the scenes, was friendly, professional, and welcoming. What stood out most was that they treated me like a person, not just another sale. We actually spent a lot of time laughing and having a good time throughout the process, which made what could have been a stressful experience much more enjoyable. This was my first vehicle purchase, and they made the process feel far less intimidating than I expected. I genuinely appreciate the patience, honesty, and effort everyone put into helping me find the right vehicle and the right deal. Their honesty and transparency throughout the process meant a lot to me, especially as a first-time buyer. I will definitely be back in the future, and I will absolutely recommend them to my family and friends because of how honest, patient, and straightforward they were throughout the entire experience. My daughter purchased her Mazda CX-5 from Dewayne about six months ago, and because he treated her so well, I came back to work with him too. In our 38 years of marriage and car buying throughout the country, this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We went with an idea of what we were looking for, but wanted to compare the different models and trim packages. Matt took his time with us, listened and never made us feel pressured. We were given a variety of financing options and once we decided on what we wanted, the final paperwork was a breeze. We are excited to drive our new Mazda CX-50!
