I bought my daughter's first car here. I expressed to Brady that I was really nervous about buying her a car only to have something go wrong immediately because she is just starting out in life. He reassured me that they check out their vehicles really well and that the dealership is good to work with people after purchase. Honestly, I thought..yeah right, customer service is dead and legally you purchase "as is" so they don't have to do anything. I ended up buying her car there, a 2013 Honda Civic. The experience was fantastic and easy. No high pressure push to buy an extended warranty. Everyone was so kind. Well, the morning after she took the car home it wouldn't start. Ozark Chevrolet scheduled an appointment right away to check it out. They replaced the battery & they didn't stop there. They looked into the source of the problem and replaced the alternator as well. The service department was courteous and efficient. I was blown away. It turns out, Brady wasn't just giving a sales pitch. He just works for a great dealership. To the owners and management of Ozark Chevrolet, when you do right by people, it pays off because you now have my future business and word of mouth advertising. I have already had several people that were so impressed the said they would check you out when they need a vehicle or services. Thank you!

I recently purchased a “new to me” car from Ozark Chevy, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience—especially thanks to Brady Owens. Brady was wonderful from start to finish—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The vehicle only came with one key, and he went above and beyond to help me figure out which key to order and even helped me get an appointment scheduled to have the second one made. When I later had a concern, I stopped back in and Brady truly listened. He made sure my concerns were taken seriously and connected me with the right people to have everything thoroughly checked out and fixed. That level of customer service is hard to find. Have to say big thanks to Adam for making every deal I’ve had with him seamless, coming from working at dealer that had multiple processes that in my opinion bogged down the time with getting vehicle’s appraised and getting a number on them I can say after 3 vehicles now it’s easier than ever to do a deal here. Shopped Mayse each time in fact and they were always several thousand back on my trade in value. Will continue to send my family to Adam!

We bought two pre-owned vehicles in the past three weeks. Our salesman was Travis. I can't say enough about Travis. He listened tentatively to what we were needing and financially what we were wanting to do and what we were looking for. He was never pushy and never tried to steer us in another direction. Travis was attentive, professional and kind. He answered our many questions and never rushed us. I'd like to mention that they were pretty busy yet he never missed a beat! When we had to come purchase a work truck for my husband to replace his old one in a pinch we were met with the same energetic, kind professionalism that we had experienced just two weeks before when purchasing my vehicle. They gave us a fair trade for my previous vehicle. I sent a friend of mine in to see Travis and she ended up purchasing a nice vehicle that she really likes.
